For what purposes do we process your personal data? In compliance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that at M. CONDE S.A. we process the data you provide us with for the following purposes:

1. To carry out the correct management of the contractual and administrative relationship.

3. To carry out quality control of our products and services.
4. To carry out satisfaction surveys and statistical purposes.
5. If you consent, to inform you and periodically send you communications about new products that may be of interest to you, as well as to offer you promotions, invitations to events or others.

How long will we keep your data? Your data will be kept for as long as they are necessary for the provision of the services or contractual relationship, and in any case as long as you do not request their deletion, as well as the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations that in each case correspond according to each type of data.

5. LEGITIMACY

What is the legal basis for processing your data? The legal basis for the processing of your data is the performance of a contract consisting of carrying out workshop interventions on the vehicle, as well as carrying out satisfaction surveys to improve your experience. The processing of your personal data linked to these purposes is strictly necessary in order to comply with the aforementioned legal obligations.

The rest of the purposes are based on the consent that we request from you, and in no case does the withdrawal of any of these consents condition the guarantee of a correct management of the commercial relationship.
